Whether you’re hosting an elegant wedding, a meaningful community event, or any special occasion in between, our vintage caravan bar, complete with professional and friendly service, provide not just beverages but an experience to remember. 1. Deluxe Package

Perfect for luxurious weddings and upscale events, this package combines classic charm with comprehensive beverage service, allowing you to personalize your event with your favorite drinks. Our Deluxe Package brings sophistication right to your venue, complete with an optional unlimited coffee and tea service.

Features:

  • Service Duration: 7 hours of total service.
  • BYO Alcohol: Clients provide their preferred alcoholic beverages. We serve them with professional care, allowing for personalization and cost savings.
  • Coffee and Tea Service: Includes up to 200 x 8oz beverages—cappuccino, latte, flat white, espresso, long/short black, mocha, iced latte, tea, hot chocolate, and chai lattes—with a variety of milk options (full cream, skim, almond, soy, oat and lactose-free).
  • Professional Staff: At least two RSA certified bartenders/baristas included, ensuring expert service and guest interaction. Larger packages and guest counts may include additional staff.
  • Glassware Provided: High-quality glassware appropriate for the number of guests (e.g., 100 wine glasses, champagne flutes, and water glasses).
  • Bar Tools and Equipment: All necessary bar tools and equipment, including ice buckets, cocktail shakers, stirrers, and pourers.
  • Travel: We offer free travel within a 1.5-hour travel radius from Woodstock (2793); Beyond this, a fee of $80 per hour applies, calculated using Google maps.
  • Setup and Pack Down: Comprehensive setup and pack down of the mobile van, not included in the service time billed to clients.

Pricing:

  • Starting at $2,500 inc GST for up to 100 guests. Additional service hours are available at $300 per hour.

2. Classic Community Event Package

Tailored for community gatherings and casual yet spirited events, this package offers flexibility and affordability without compromising on quality. Our vintage caravan provides a picturesque backdrop while our staff ensures seamless beverage service, making your community event both special and stress-free.

  • Service Duration: 3 hours of bar service.
  • BYO Alcohol: Clients provide their preferred alcoholic beverages. We serve them with professional care, allowing for personalization and cost savings.

  • Cocktail Service: Customisable cocktail menu with classic and signature options.
  • Special Equipment Hire: Options for coolroom and generator hire if the venue lacks these facilities.
  • Additional Beverages: Specialty beverage options are available upon request.

Payment Policy

At Lil Bean & Co., we are dedicated to providing a unique and exclusive experience for your event. In order to secure your event date and ensure our complete commitment, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers upfront costs such as supplies and staffing, affirming that we do not accept any other bookings for your date.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance of your payment is due in full prior to the event date. This ensures that all preparations and services are arranged without any delay.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our scheduling and the resources allocated well in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We understand that plans can change, and we encourage you to review our full cancellation policy for details on how we handle changes and cancellations.
