Cancellation Policy

Lil Bean & Co. is committed to providing exceptional coffee experiences for your events. As we prepare meticulously for each occasion and decline other engagements to secure your specified date, we require full payment in advance. This ensures we can allocate the necessary resources, including stock and baristas, to make your event successful.

  • No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our scheduling and preparation requirements, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. By confirming your booking and completing payment, you are securing an exclusive service from Lil Bean & Co. for your event’s date.
  • Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While we cannot provide refunds, we offer the option to reschedule your event one time, subject to availability, if notified at least 14 days before the scheduled date. The full amount paid will be applied to the new booking date within a 6-month period from the original event date.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the booked date, the payment is non-refundable, and the possibility to reschedule will not be available due to the proximity to the event and the commitments made by Lil Bean & Co.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: Lil Bean & Co. will evaluate cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, such as severe weather or other significant events, on a case-by-case basis. In such events, we may provide a credit note valid for a future booking within a specified time frame.
  • Third-Party Services: For events involving third-party services contracted through Lil Bean & Co., the cancellation policies of those services will apply accordingly and may influence the terms of the cancellation.
