What can Lil Bean & Co. be hired for? Lil Bean & Co.’s mobile van is designed with flexibility in mind, offering both café and bar services tailored to enhance any event. Perfect for weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, markets, festivals, and public events, our units also make a striking feature for promotional work, marketing activations, or as a backdrop in photo and film shoots. What’s included in your café hire packages? Our van is styled more like a cosmopolitan café than a typical coffee van, offering a chic and sophisticated service. We offer fixed fee bookings for private events and charge standard café prices at public events like festivals.
What’s included in your bar hire packages? Booking Lil Bean & Co. for bar service means you’ll get a comprehensive package including at least two RSA certified bartenders, our stylish mobile unit, all necessary glassware, a liquor license application (if required), coolers, tubs, ice, and all associated bar equipment. The duration of service and number of staff are tailored to the size and scope of your event. Does Lil Bean & Co. provide the alcohol? Lil Bean & Co. operates on a BYO basis, meaning we do not supply the alcohol. We encourage event organizers or their designated third-party suppliers to provide all alcohol for the event. Unsure of how much to buy? We’re here to help estimate the right quantity for your event to ensure every guest enjoys their drink. Please remember, it’s crucial that all beverages intended for service are pre-chilled in a cool room or fridge to maintain optimal temperature upon serving. Note that Lil Bean & Co. does not handle rubbish and recycling removal—this will need to be managed by you or your venue.
What does Lil Bean & Co. require on arrival? We need access to power for our on-board fridges, lights, and coffee machines. In venues where power is not available, the client will need to cover the cost of a generator. We do not require access to water.
When does Lil Bean & Co. arrive at the venue? We arrive half-hour to two hours before your event starts. This allows us time to set up and ensure everything is perfect. This setup time is not included in your service time.
Do you have travel fees? We offer free travel within a 1.5-hour travel radius from Woodstock (2793). Beyond this, a fee of $80 per hour applies, calculated using Google maps.
How do I book Lil Bean & Co.? To book with us, send an email or call us directly. We love to discuss your event details personally to ensure we provide the perfect service tailored to your needs. A non-refundable deposit secures your date, with full payment due prior to the event.

What about the weather? We work with you on your wet weather plan to ensure your event goes smoothly, rain or shine. Please provide adequate notice to make necessary adjustments.
Can Lil Bean & Co. be involved in product launches or themed events? Absolutely! We can customise our services, decorate our caravan, and dress to align with your product launch or event theme. We’re versatile and excited to be part of your creative vision.
How much space does the Lil Bean & Co. caravan require? Our caravan needs a flat, clear area with dimensions of at least 2.0m width x 4.7m length x 2.4m height. Make sure there’s sufficient room for towing the caravan in and parking.
What if things get out of hand at the event? Our staff are RSA certified and trained to handle situations professionally. If guest behaviour becomes problematic, we reserve the right to cease service and leave the venue. The client will designate a contact for the event to address any issues promptly.
